Grand Seiko
Seiko introduced the first Grand Seiko watch in Japan in 1960. The aim was to create a timepiece that could rival the precision and finishing of Swiss luxury brands. Today, Grand Seiko is an independent brand with manufacturing facilities in Morioka and Shiojiri that are globally renowned for their uncompromising craftsmanship and accuracy. A particularly distinctive feature is the Zaratsu polishing technique, which produces flawless, mirror-like surfaces. Iconic collections include the classic Heritage, the bold Evolution 9, and the Sport with its diver's and chronograph models. A notable technical feature is the spring drive movement, which combines traditional mechanical watchmaking with an electronically regulated glide wheel to deliver exceptional precision.
