Löbner
In the early 20th century, the German watch manufacturer Löbner earned a reputation for its short-time measurement instruments, becoming an official timekeeper at the Olympic Games and for motorsport records. However, the company then disappeared from the public eye for decades. In 2023, Matthias Düwel successfully revived the brand with a focus on high-quality craftsmanship, mechanical precision, and contemporary design. The collections combine classical watchmaking tradition with Swiss movements and modern aesthetics. The brand's portfolio includes the Sledge, a bold and sporty automatic watch featuring a fluted bezel, and the SteelRacer, a chronograph with motorsport-inspired design elements. Both models embody the revived brand’s philosophy of mechanical excellence in small series, innovative material choices, and everyday wearability.
