Vacheron Constantin Patrimony Moon Phase And Retrograde Date – Collection Excellence Platine
Vacheron Constantin is introducing the Patrimony Moon Phase and Retrograde Date to its Excellence Platine collection. This collection has two new additions every year, and offers enthusiasts limited platinum editions. Now, it is exclusively available in Vacheron Constantin boutiques and is a limited edition of 50 pieces. Furthermore, the new Patrimony watch has a 42.5 mm Platinum 950 case and offers a moon phase at 6 o’clock. Additionally, a date function displays the date with a blue central hand on the upper dial.
The watch is made from Platinum 950. Likewise, the sandblasted dial, the crown and the moon phase itself are made from the same material. Moreover, even the hand-sewn dark blue alligator leather strap is sewn with platinum threads. The inscription “Pt 950” between 4 and 5 o’clock refers to the use of this precious metal. However, the applied indices, ‘pearl’ minute markers and the hands are all white gold. Meanwhile, the date hand is blue for better readability.
The in-house, automatic calibre 2460 R31L powers the Patrimony Moon Phase and Retrograde Date. The movement, which consists of 275 pieces and 27 jewels, is visible through the sapphire crystal caseback. Moreover, it has a frequency of 4 Hz and the mainspring barrel offers a power reserve of 40 hours. Additionally, all of the functions are set via the crown.
Finally, the Patrimony Moon Phase and Retrograde Date carries the Hallmark of Geneva certifications. 50 pieces are available – each of which features its own individual number. The timepiece costs 73,000 euros.
