Hublot continues its collaboration with Japanese fashion designer Yohji Yamamoto, which began in 2020. The latest project, the Classic Fusion Yohji Yamamoto All Black Camo, is the fourth joint creation by the partners. The edition is limited to 300 pieces worldwide and follows the design approach of the ‘All Black’ concept, in which the colour black is defined by different textures and contrasts.

Case of the new Classic Fusion Yohji Yamamoto All Black Camo

The case of the new Classic Fusion has a diameter of 42 mm and a height of 10.4 mm. It is made of black glass bead-blasted ceramic, which gives the watch a matte finish. The bezel is also made of matt black ceramic and secured with six H-shaped titanium screws that are black-plated and polished. The water resistance is specified as 5 ATM (approx. 50 metres).

Dial

The dial picks up on the central design element of the collaboration: a monochrome camouflage pattern. This black and grey camouflage print is complemented by matt black-plated hands. The appearance of the pattern changes depending on the incidence of light, thanks to the interplay of relief structures and contrasts. The dial is protected by anti-reflective sapphire crystal.

Movement

Inside, the HUB1110 calibre, a self-winding movement, is at work. It consists of 177 components, uses 25 jewels and beats at a frequency of 4 Hz (28,800 vibrations per hour). The power reserve is approximately 48 hours. The case back, made of smoked sapphire crystal, allows a view of the movement and the skeletonised rotor.

Price & Availability

The Classic Fusion Yohji Yamamoto All Black Camo comes with a black textile and rubber strap with a black-plated steel folding clasp. The watch is available in selected Hublot boutiques and online. The price in Europe is EUR 12,000. The model is delivered in a specially designed all-black case bearing the signature of Yohji Yamamoto.
