The movement features an off-centre micro-rotor, winding the two barrels that store a power reserve of three days. The movement beats at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour (4 Hz) and includes a seconds reset. The perpetual calendar mechanism allows for adjustments to the day, date, month, and leap year to be made via the crown, even during month-end periods and near midnight. The GMT function, a nod to Panerai’s heritage, includes a 24-hour hand and a corresponding sub-dial.
