The Matching Watch For The New Lamborghini Huracán ST EVO2: Roger Dubuis Excalibur Spider Huracán
The latest Roger Dubuis Excalibur Spider Huracán is the result of the collaboration between the watch manufacturer and Lamborghini. The model perfectly matches the recently launched Huracán Super Trofeo EVO2. The latter competes in the Lamborghini’s own championship and is the most powerful sports car in the race to date.

The matching Roger Dubuis, which comes with a carbon fiber case, is correspondingly powerful. Inside works the RD630, which is a special eye-catcher with its angled balance. However, only 88 pieces of the watch are available.
The Case Material Resembles the Lamborghini’s Chassis
The 45 mm case is made of SMC carbon, an in-house composite material that resembles the chassis and body panels of the Lamborghini Huracán. For the notched bezel, on the other hand, Roger Dubuis uses blackened titanium. The generous crown with a lacquer orange ring is likewise made of titanium. The three lugs on both sides are also typical for the brand. On the back, the sapphire crystal caseback allows for a view of the mechanics. Last but not least, the Excalibur Spider Huracán withstands water pressure up to 5 bar or 50 meters.
Excalibur Spider Huracán: Dial with Futuristic Geometry
The front contrasts stark green surfaces with orange accents, taking its cue from the design of the Lamborghini Huracán Super Trofeo EVO2. The dial itself consists of a ring with minute track and luminous indices. Aside from that, it bears geometric shapes and a honeycomb structure, which are again inspired by the Italian sports cars. However, the skeletonization of the dial also exposes some movement parts, such as the balance wheel and the two barrels. However, the time is indicated by two large hands made of white gold, which have an orange tip filled with luminous material.
The movement inside the Excalibur Spider Huracán
Caliber RD630 powers this Roger Dubuis Excalibur Spider Huracán. It consists of 233 parts and 29 jewels. It also features a balance wheel angled at 12 degrees, visible at 12 o’clock, and two barrels. The latter combine for a power autonomy of 60 hours. In doing so, a wheel-shaped oscillating weight that looks like a Huracán rim automatically winds the watch. Finally, the timepiece also offers a date window with two digits at 6 o’clock.
Price & Availability of the Excalibur Spider Huracán
The watch appears on a rubber strap with a green Alcantara insert. On the reverse side, a Pirelli pattern, which can also be spotted on the tires of sports cars, adorns the strap. In addition, a titanium folding clasp secures the watch to the wrist. With the quick-change system, both the strap and the clasp can be easily swapped without the need for tools. The Roger Dubuis Excalibur Spider Huracán is a limited edition of 88 pieces. The price is 59,500 euros.
