Piaget
Established in 1874 by Georges Édouard Piaget in La Côte-aux-Fées, Piaget underwent a transformation, evolving from a movement supplier into an independent manufacturer of luxury watches and jewellery. The brand is particularly renowned for its ultra-thin calibres, including the 9P hand-wound movement (2 mm) and the 12P automatic movement (2.3 mm), both of which set world records and left a lasting impact on watchmaking. Key collections include the Altiplano, which symbolises ultra-thin elegance; the Polo, which blends sportiness and luxury with 1970s influences; and the Limelight line, which combines haute joaillerie with watchmaking. In the 1970s, Piaget gained recognition for its jewellery watches and collaborations with artists such as Salvador Dalí. Piaget is synonymous with refined craftsmanship, technical finesse, and the seamless integration of watchmaking and jewellery design.
